Revs Draft Pick arrives in Training Camp

Just a little more fuel for the "not enough room on the roster" fire, from the official New England Revolution Blog...

....One of the players hoping to make an impression is Andrei Gotsmanov, the Revolution’s third overall pick (second round, 24th overall) in the 2009 MLS SuperDraft in January. For those who didn’t catch the note in the Weekly Update, Gotsmanov joined the team for training for the first time yesterday and will be with the Revs on trial for at least a couple of weeks as he aims to earn a roster spot. The 23-year-old midfielder chose to remain at Creighton to finish his degree before joining the Revolution, and now with his degree complete, the path is clear for him to focus on soccer.
